Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 34 players play a single stroke competition. The winner was P Hutson with 69 net, runner up was R Stinson with 72 net. The run down went to G Parker & D Bass 72 net, C Petroholis, L Blunt & W Lovett with 73 net, followed by B May 74 net, D Stanfield 75 net and B Brown, G Brockie, P Willett & R Maudsley with 76 net. Pins shots were received by G Hunt, D Mortimer & G Brockie.
Womens:
Wednesday the Women had 15 players tee off, for a single stroke/monthly medal competition, for a club trophy. The winner was J Dover with 66 net, runner up was L Edwards with 67 net. The run down went to D Marshall 70 net, N Stanfield 73 net, T Reid Pocock 74 net and S Grace with 75 net. Pin shots were received by V Little on 4/13 while L Edwards received 8/17. Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by R Scells for The Kalbar & District Community Bank, playing a single stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was T Roebig ocb from runner up C Farnan with 26 pts. The run down went to W Lovett 25 pts, G Searle, R Burnett, B Brown & R Freeman with 24 pts. Pin shots were received by C Farnan on 4, B Beasley received 8 while W Gnech received 9. The Boonah Tavern Dice winner was W Wieland. Saturday:
Saturday we played the Beasley Bash kindly sponsored by Boonah Panel Repairs, playing a single stroke/monthly medal competition. Thanks to Jason and his crew for their sponsorship. The monthly medal winners were W Lovett & J Pfingst. The A Grade winner was E Bentley with 69 net, runner up was B Blackford with 70 net, followed by P McNiven 71 net, M Wyvill 72 net and R Higgs with 73 net. B Grade winner was W Lovett with 68 net, runner up was I Pocock with 72 net, followed by J Surawski, M Oberle & P Eggenhuizen with 74 net. C Grade winner was D Forsyth with 70 net, runner up was W Hall with 73 net, followed by M Morrison & B Philp 75 net and D Stanfield with 76 net. The Womens winner was J Pfingst with 69 net, runner up was E Meagher with 70 net, followed by J Wilson ocb from B Dover with 73 net also ocb. Pin shots were received by I Pocock on 1/10, B Lynch received 2/11, W Bentley received 3/12, M Wyvill received both 4/13 & 5/14, E Bentley received 6/15, W Bentley received 7/16 while B Blackford received both 8/17 & 9/18. P Dadds name was randomly selected for the Captains Pot. Peter wasn’t at presentation so it will jackpot to $60 next time.
