Monday the Veterans played a stableford competition. The winner with 36 pts was A. Featherstone on a count back from runner up J. Potter and J. Arthur. The rundown continued with K. Cook 34 pts. The ntp’s were received by K. Cook 4/13, V. Wilson 8/17 while A. Brown received the ladies 8/17. The Encouragement Award went to M. McGarrity, while the membership draw jackpotted.

Wednesday Sporters

Wednesday was sponsored by J. Maynard playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. The winner with 29 pts was G. Sippel, runner up R. Brooks 28 pts. The run down went to A. Featherstone 27 pts, W. Wieland, D. Forsyth, Simon Fahey & A. Heit with 26 pts, followed by B. Brown, G. Miller & W. Maudsley 25 pts and A. Stick 24 pts. The ntp’s were received by G. Sippel on 13 & 17 while A. Heit received 18. Wednesday is sponsored by Ron Scells for the John Allen Memorial Trophy playing a stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15. The following Wednesday is a Shotgun start at 1pm sponsored by L. Vandenbrink playing a stableford 18 hole competition.

Friendly Friday

Friday there were 16 players playing a stroke 10-18 competition. The winner with 34 net was Simon Fahey on a count back from runner up R. Brooks, followed by G. Eviston, 35 net, K. Reinholdson & G. Christensen 36 pts. Nearest the pins were received by T. Weatherhead 4/13, the ladies A. Brown, 8/17 W. Hall while 9/18 was received by B. Freiberg. G. Eviston had an Eagle on 12. We have a small Social club teeing off at 7 am so you can tee off before 6.45. Social players are welcomed at anytime after the social club have played their first 9.
