Womens:
The Women had 9 players play a single stableford competition kindly sponsored by N Mulligan. The winner was T Reid Pocock with 42 pts, runner up was V Hume with 35 pts. Both pin shots were received by V Hume. The run down went to B Dover 34 pts, D Marshall & N Stanfield 32pts and A Mazzei with 31 pts. This week will be a single stableford competition kindly sponsored by S Edwards. This is an 8am Shotgun start and will be the next Invitational day.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters was sponsored by Matis Accounting, playing an 18 hole par competition. The winner was M Gray with 5 up, runner up was J More with 4 up ocb. The run down went to J Gurney 4 up and D Standfield, B Brown, J Strutt, B May, J Picton, J Browning & G Eviston with 3 up. Pin shots were received by B Shaw on 4/13, S Fahey received 8/17 while G Hunt received 9/18. The Boonah Tavern Dice winner was K Brown. This week will be sponsored by W Gnech playing a single stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
Saturday:
Saturday we played a single stableford/monthly mug competition, kindly sponsored by The Butcher Co. Thanks to Kane for your continued support. The men winner and monthly mug winner was S Bailey ocb from runner up R Freeman with 40 pts. The womens winner and monthly mug winner was L Edwards with 35 pts, runner up was V Hume with 34 pts. The run down went to B Gotke, D Spink & J Browning with 39 pts, G Grimsey, C Stephan & D Forsyth 38 pts, D Wong, B Davey, P Hutson, K Wilson, G Yeomans & K Hammond with 37 pts, E Bentley C Wilson, K McQuilty, L Saunders, K Milligan & C Jorgensen 36 pts followed by S Lutter, C Shannon, K Sawtell, P Schwarz, C Whyte & B Calabrese 35 pts and C Bell, J Surawski, E Van Haeften, N Stanfield 34 pts. Pin shots were received by S Bennett & L Edwards on 4/13, J Wilson received 7/16, J Browning & S Grace received 8/17 and K Milligan received 9/18. One of the Butcher Co‘s name was randomly selected to the Captains Pot. They were at presentation so it will revert back to $20 this week. This Saturday will be sponsored by A Bennett playing an American Foursomes Competition.
Sunday: This week we have a Social Club, using all the buggies. Social play will be available on conclusion of play. Please ring the club to book your round and a buggy if requiring one to avoid disappointment.
