Monday the Veterans had 35 players, play a single stableford competition. The winner was D Harding with 43 pts, runner up was W Maudsley with 38 pts ocb from B Harding. The rundown continued with B Philp & G Philp 36 pts, M Hume & J Trovatello 35 pts followed by B May, C Petroholis & J Browning 34 pts and G Clark, R Freeman, K Turner, L Blunt & M Fitzpatrick with 33 pts. Pin shots were received by M Hume, W Maudsley & C Petroholis while D Wall received by ladies.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies had 24 players, playing a single stableford competition, kindly sponsored by Fassifern Pharmacy. This was an Invitational Day to our male members wishing to play an 18 hole competition. The winner was J Gurney with 38 pts, runner up V Bird with 37 pts. The run down went to D Stanfield & R Freeman with 36 pts. Pin shots were received by D Kuhnemann & B May on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by S Reid & J Gurney This week will be a single stroke competition, for a club trophy.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters were sponsored by C Farnan playing a single stroke 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was R Cuneo ocb from runner up G Parker with 47 net. The run down went to W Jones 48 net, followed by D Forsyth & C Farnan with 49 net. Pin shots were received by R Cuneo on 13 while J Lynch received 18. The best gross for the day was B Beasley with 53 off the stick. The Boonah Tavern Dice winner was R Scells. This week will be sponsored by C Jorgensen from FIS Insurance, playing a single stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. Next week will be sponsored by the Maudsley Bros from BP Boonah.

Saturday we played the All Saints Open Day. Thanks to the Lutter & Weber Family along with their sponsors. The winners were W Gnech & S Grace with 61¼, runners up were A Hertweck & R Cuneo with 62¾, followed by W Martin & P Gerhardt 63 net and G Eviston & G Hunt with 63¼. The run down went to B & A Shaw 63½, J Browning & B May and C Wilson & J Grimsey 65¼, K Hammond & B Lynch 65¾, Z Eviston & J Gurney 66 net, followed by B Perrem & K Wilson 66¼, J Dover & M Yeates 66½, D Baldwin & M Herrington 66¾ and M Sharpe & C Whyte, A Moore & K Milligan and S Francis & D Earl with 67 net. Pin shots were received by G Eviston on 1/10, P Eggenhuizen received 2/11, S Francis received 3/12, P Gerhardt & V Bird received 4/13, K Milligan received 5/14, W Martin received 6/15, G Sellick received 7/16, C Wilson & A Tomlinson received 8/17 while C Jorgensen received 9/18. Sunday we played the Mens & Ladies Foursome Championships. The mens Champions are B Freiberg & D Bass while the Ladies Champions are S Reid & S McKenzie. The runners up were A Gill & A Heit and the Ladies were J Pfingst & E Meagher ocb. The net winners were A Gill & A Heit, runner up were A Parker & B Lawrance. The Ladies net winners were L Reinholdsson & D Marshall, runners up were K Turner & D Wall. The run down went to S Reid & S McKenzie, G Maynard & K Hammond, S Bailey & K Sawtell, G Hunt & I Pocock and S Fahey & S Lutter. The pin shots were received by J West & J Pfingst on 4/13 while 8/17 was received by B Freiberg, S McKenzie & E Meagher. This Sunday we are playing the second round of the Darvall Cup.
