Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 36 players play a single stableford competition. The winner was D Bass with 40 pts, runner up was W Lovett with 39 pts. The ball run down went to P Duncan ocb from B Harding with 36 pts, T Henderson & D Beazley 35 pts followed by G Gray & D Stanfield 34 pts and D Forsyth, W Hill & R Holland with 33 pts. Pin Shots were received by T Henderson, D Stanfield & G Philp while the ladies were received by D Wall.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies had 34 players tee off for the Annette Geiger Memorial, kindly sponsored by J Dover. This was the Ladies Invitational Day. The winner was D Marshall with 44 pts, runner up was V Sampson ocb from B Sampson with 38 pts. The run down continued with S Reid & W Lovett 37 pts, W Hall & H Roebig 36 pts & J Gurney 35 pts ocb. Pin shots were received by B Dover & S Edwards on 4/13 while E Meagher & G Hunt received 8/17. This week will be a single stroke/monthly medal competition for a club trophy.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters played the Hal Gwynne Memorial kindly sponsored by the Eviston Brothers, playing a single stableford 10-18 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was B Brown with 26 pts, runner up was R Holland ocb with 25 pts. The run down went to C Shannon 25 pts, R Cuneo & S Fahey 24 pts and G Eviston 26 pts. Pin shots were received by T Henderson on 13, while J McGrath received 18. This week will be sponsored by Boonah Business Supplies playing singe Stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition.

Saturday we played a 3 ball Ambrose competition, sponsored by Boonah Home Improvements. Thank You Dick & Anna for your sponsorship. The winners were C Stephan, C Jorgensen & J Surawski with 58.667, runners up were W & E Bentley & C Whyte with 60 net followed by A & T Bennett & A Parker with 61.5. The run down went to T Smith, J Browning & B May 62.333, S Reid, S McKenzie & T Reid Pocock 62.667, G & L Saunders & S Lutter 62.833, followed by S Fahey, G Eviston & B Beasley and K Milligan, H Perrem & G Maynard 63.167, M O’Reilly, B Philp & W Hill 63.333 and D Wall, R Burnett & K Turner with 63.5. Pin shots were received by J Tronc on 4/13, while N Stanfield received 8/17. The Accurate drives were received by B Shaw & M Dickson. Pennants:
Our Division 2 Pennant played Gatton at Lowood on Sunday and won 4.5 to 2.5. D Beazley 3/2, S Bennett 5/4, T Bennett 1 down, W Martin 2/1, C Bell 4/3 down, B Lawrance 1 up and C Jorgensen squared his match.
Sunday:
No Social Club this week so social play will be available all day. We ask that you ring and book your round with a buggy if wanting one to avoid disappointment.
