Monday the Veterans had 39 players play a 4BBB stableford competition. The winners were B Harding & J More with 47 pts, runners up were B May & J Gurney with 45 pts. The ball run down went to G Hunt & B Shaw 43 pts, R Stinson & B Brown, N Campbell & D Harding and W Lovett & D Stanfield 42 pts, followed by S & L Edwards and R Lawrie & J Trovatello with 41 pts. Pin Shots were received by D Gittins & J Gurney while the ladies were received by L Edwards.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies had 9 players play a single stroke/monthly medal competition for a club trophy. The winner was V Sampson with 64 net, runner up was S Savery with 68 net. The run down went to T Reid Pocock 75 net, followed by H Roebig 77 net and N Stanfield 79 net. Pin shots were received by S Savery on 4/13 while L Edwards received 8/17. This week will be single stableford competition, kindly sponsored by Elite Meats Boonah. This will be the next round of the Consistency Cup.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters were sponsored by Boonah Business Supplies playing a single Stroke 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was G Eviston ocb from runner up L Blunt with 45 net ocb. The run down went to M Dickson 45 net, R Freeman 46 net followed by G Parker, L Vandenbrink & B Beasley with 48 net and B Sampson with 49 net. Pin shots were received by P Willett on 4, G Searle received 8 while B Beasley received 9. Saturday we played a single stroke/monthly medal competition, kindly sponsored by Kalbar Community Bendigo Bank. This was the next round of the Claret Jug Challenge. The Overall Winner was J Surawski with 66 net. The Mens Winner was A Hertweck ocb from runner up A Parker & B Shaw with 70 net ocb. The Ladies Winner was H Roebig with 68 net, runner up was A Shaw with 72 net. The run down went to J Grimsey 70 net, J McGrath, D Baldwin & K Hammond 71 net, P McNiven, J West & C Wilson 72 net, followed by A Tomlinson, W Gnech, N Stanfield, B Lawrance, L Blunt, B Brown, T Roebig, L Edward & R Lawrie 73 net and M Jackwitz, A Bennett, M Wyvill, P King, B Beasley, A Leary, P Dadds, G Hunt, K Sawtell, S Francis, S Savery, W Lovett & M Oberle with 74 net.
