Monday the Veterans had 36 players, play a single stableford competition. The winner was B Harding ocb from runner up S Kent also ocb, from J More & T Roebig with 38 pts. The run down continued with W Hall, L Blunt & D Mortimer 37 pts, followed by J Picton, C Petrohilos & M Gray 36 pts, G Hunt 35 pts, T Henderson 34 pts and W Lovett with 33 pts. Pin shots were received by J Picton, C Petrohilos & I Pocock, while the ladies were received V Hume.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies had 10 players play a single stableford competition, kindly sponsored by Lindy Reinholdsson. The winner was B Dover with 34 pts, runner up was T Reid Pocock with 32 pts. The run down went to L Edwards 31 pts, V Hume 30 pts, D Marshall 28 pts and N Stanfield with 26 pts ocb. Pin shots were received by D Marshall on 4/13 while T Reid Pocock received 8/17. This week will be sponsored by S Grace playing a 2 ball Ambrose competition.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters were sponsored by M Crowther playing a single stroke/count your putts 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition. The winner was B Beasley ocb from runner up M Wyvill with 48 net. The run down went to L Blunt & M Gray with 49 net. Pin shots were received by C Shannon on 13, G Eviston received 17 while B Beasley received 18. The Achievements of the day was P Schwarz having 17 puts ocb and B Beasley & M Wyvill having the best gross with 51 off the stick. This week will be the 1st round of the Sporters Championships kindly sponsored by Dover & Sons.
