Veterans:
Monday the Veterans had 41 players play a single stableford competition. The winner was D Beazley with 38 pts, runner up was G Hunt ocb from W Maudsley & D Mortimer with 37 pts. The run down continued with R Stinson 36 pts, D Stanfield, D Forsyth & J Picton with 35 pts followed by J Gurney 34 pts and G Philp, D Wall, S Edwards & T Henderson with 32 pts. Pins shots were received by S Dennis, B May & W Maudsley while D Wall received the ladies.
Ladies:
Wednesday the Ladies had 11 players, play a single stableford competition for a round of the Consistency Cup. The winner was L Edwards with 37 pts, runner up was S Grace with 36 pts. The run down went to B Dover, D Kuhnemann & T Reid Pocock & R Picton. Pin shots were received by T Reid Pocock on 4/13 while B Dover received 8/17. The Ladies have now completed their 2025 program.
Sporters:
Wednesday the Sporters were sponsored by D Forsyth & B Brown playing a single stableford 1-9 + 10, 14 & 15 competition. The winner was B Sampson with 28 pts, runner up was W Hall with 27 pts. The run down went to D Forsyth, G Hunt, B Shaw 26 pts, followed by R Scells & B Beasley 25 pts and R Freeman & D Wong 24 pts. Pin shots were received by R Cuneo on 4, L Blunt received 8 while B Beasley received 9. The Achievements of the day were W Hall having a 5 pointer and B Beasley had an Eagle. This week will by sponsored by P Eggenhuizen & M Wyvill playing a single stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6 competition.
Saturday: The week end we played The Scenic Rim Golf Classic sponsored by Dover & Sons. This was a 4BBB stroke competition. The winners were S Bennett & L Saunders, runners up were J West & K Hammond followed by R Cuneo & A Hertweck. The run down went to J Louttit & N Dean, B & A Shaw, T Bennett & S Synott, S Bailey & B Lawrance, I Pocock & T Reid Pocock, J & R Picton, W Gnech & J Gurney, A Bennett & J Finney & J Miles & M Jackwitz. Pin shots were received by W Martin & H Perrem on 1/10, 2/11 were received by L Moloney & N Dean, W Martin & S Bennett received 3/12, T Bennett & D Bass received 4/13, S Bennett & J Picton received 5/14, K Wilson & A Gill received 6/15, A Bennett & J West received 7/16, D Bass & Z Eviston received 8/17 and 9/18 was received by C Jorgensen & R Cuneo.
